Winter coat drive sorting

Sort, size, and rack donated winter coats ahead of our December giveaway. Indoor, seated work available. A good first shift if you are not sure what you want to volunteer for yet.
Community garden upkeep
Steven's Demo Org
Weeding, watering, mulching, and harvest days through the growing season. Tools and gloves provided. Kid-friendly with an adult — this is one of our most popular family shifts.
After-school reading buddies
Steven's Demo Org
Read one-on-one with a K-3 student for forty-five minutes a week. We provide the books and a short orientation; you provide patience and enthusiasm. Background check required before your first session.
Saturday morning food pantry
Steven's Demo Org
Sort donations, pack grocery boxes, and help neighbours load their cars. No experience needed — a coordinator walks every new volunteer through the flow on arrival. Great fit for groups and for students working off service hours.
